I believe all business is personal. The best work occurs when skilled teams come together and are invested in forming true relationships with each other and their clients. This manifests by learning what each of us are passionate about, in work and life. Below is what drives me.
Family
I live in Westchester New York with my wife Sarah, 2 Boys - AJ & Holden and 2 dogs - Ruben & Abbie.
Ruben is a Pitbull rescue from Alabama and Abbie is a French Bulldog. They are the oddest couple ever. Unlike us, they have loved the pandemic and everyone being home all the time.

Outside of family time, my hobbies are cars, guitar and all things from the 80's.
Philanthropy
When AJ was 18 months old he was diagnosed with severe Autism and from the age of 2 has received 40 hours of therapy a week at home.
AJ has always been non-verbal and uses an iPad to communicate. We made a pact to be “his voice” and have fought tirelessly to support awareness for autism and funding to help medical advancements and those in need.
Over the years, our team “AJ's All Stars” has personally raised over $250k for Autism Speaks and Guiding Eyes
Autism Support Dog programs. Sarah has chaired the Westchester Fairfield Autism Speaks Walk for 2 years, raising over $3m for this cause.
AJ is currently 12, in a new school that he loves and is happy. He inspires those around him to fight every day and make no excuses.
